What I Learned Dieting

1) The less I eat something I really like, the less I crave it,
     High calorie examples: potato & taco chips come to mind.

2) The more I eat something that is so-so, the more I like it.
    Low calorie examples": green beans and 2% cottage cheese

3) I like bananas, but at 200 calories is too much so
    I eat a pear, an apple or 1/2 a banana

After 190 tries, or maybe 191, I went to a hypnotist in June of 1979.
He kept saying that if I didn't quit smoking, in 6 month,
 cigs would taste awful.
 I soon forgot, but a week before Thanksgiving cigs did taste awful.
I decided to stop buying cigs after said Thursday.
I had accumulated a few cartons of cigs, which I smoked.
On Jan 1, 1980, I flipped my last cig out the widow.
